KJ is a hobbyist come professional horticulturalist, gardening writer, experienced allotment-eer, garden designer, illustrator, and social media influencer, based in Hertfordshire.
Having 7 years of growing her own produce over several sites, KJ started gardening as a form of occupational therapy, recovering from ill health.
Since then, KJ has obtained her RHS Level 2 Diploma in Horticulture, a Level 1 qualification in Garden Design, and gave up her old career to become a professional horticulturalist for Which? Gardening Magazine on their trial site in Enfield. She is also a member of the Garden Media Guild.
Her speciality is organic food growing, cut flowers, and vineyard management. She will be moving on to start her Level 3 in Garden Design in September 2024.
KJ has a passion for illustrating plants and flowers, especially in her design plans.
